We assess and advise on the feasibility of new business ideas and
plans working with clients to analyse and appraise business plans
including:
- Completing the detailed due diligence of industry sectors
- Developing the business and revenue models for new products & services
- Investigating the financial position of a new business, its viability & long-term growth prospects
- The assessment of management teams & their ability to deliver business plans and objectives.
- Realistic assessment of financial needs based on robust forecasts & budgets.
New & even existing companies sometimes lack the resources &
expertise to effectively plan the growth and development of the
business.
We work with companies to help them to plan & implement business
development activities. We research potential customer, partner &
supplier opportunities including key contacts and decision makers
within those organisations.
A key focus of this work is to ensure that the Commercial Partners
add significant value to the client because of, for example:
- Their size adding value to clients through agreements to purchase
or supply goods and services thereby encouraging other customers'
suppliers.
- Their prestige in the industry providing the client with industry
credibility.
- Their importance in terms of large volumes of recurring sales
- Their need to provide, fund or use new & innovative technologies.
A key element of our approach is to with work managers, empowering
them through mentoring and training to take on the business
development functions at the end of an assignment.
