We assess and advise on the feasibility of new business ideas and plans working with clients to analyse and appraise business plans including:

  1. Completing the detailed due diligence of industry sectors
  2. Developing the business and revenue models for new products & services
  3. Investigating the financial position of a new business, its viability & long-term growth prospects
  4. The assessment of management teams & their ability to deliver business plans and objectives.
  5. Realistic assessment of financial needs based on robust forecasts & budgets.

New & even existing companies sometimes lack the resources & expertise to effectively plan the growth and development of the business.

We work with companies to help them to plan & implement business development activities. We research potential customer, partner & supplier opportunities including key contacts and decision makers within those organisations.

A key focus of this work is to ensure that the Commercial Partners add significant value to the client because of, for example:

  1. Their size adding value to clients through agreements to purchase or supply goods and services thereby encouraging other customers' suppliers.
  2. Their prestige in the industry providing the client with industry credibility.
  3. Their importance in terms of large volumes of recurring sales
  4. Their need to provide, fund or use new & innovative technologies.

A key element of our approach is to with work managers, empowering them through mentoring and training to take on the business development functions at the end of an assignment.
