4. Improving Service Delivery - On behalf of a collective investment scheme: implementation of a change plan to improve the customer query call centre, including the implementation of improved workflow management practices.
5. Change Management - For a US banking group: Design and implementation of a change management programme to improve the pricing of managed funds.
